General Terms of Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, with a return to the company's address.
The shipping costs of the return are borne by the buyer.
The product or products must be in the condition in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or are in any condition other than their original condition and the safety tab has not been removed.
In case of return it is necessary to inform us by email or by phone about the return. Returned products can be changed to another item, size or color, or refunded. Return of defective product

All our products go through quality control before they are shipped. However, if you encounter a problem and the product you received is defective, you should follow these steps:

Place the return form together with the product you wish to return in secure packaging.
