Their construction method is of the highest standard and they are made of 100% genuine leather. The Premium Line collection by Emmanuela that these sandals belong to, is an ideal combination of comfort and style! Their ultra comfortable cowhide leather insoles are enhanced with an inner padding of EVA foam, that will rest your feet and eliminate throbbing pain. At the same time they provide a high level of comfort on every step so you can be confident to enjoy maximum comfort and durability! Their outsoles are also made from leather while the heels are from anti skid EVA rubber.

Kindly note that the colors that appear on your screen may differ or be affected by various factors, such as the browser used or the settings of the monitor. Each item is handcrafted and undergoes careful quality controls. Small imperfections that depend on the animal's original leather state and the handcrafted production, such as color light variations, scratches on the animal skin etc., are naturally related to tanning: this is not a defect but rather added value.

Our returns policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund onto the original payment method. Item(s) must be in the original state in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation beyond their original and their safety tag must remain intact. We will refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items. We will not refund return postal charges. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so we advise that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage or loss. Items received outside our Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please repack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure it will not be damaged during transit and send the package by a carrier of your choice to the addresses above, depending on your residential country. The item(s) you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our warehouses, so we ask that they are packed correctly and will reach their destination.

How will I be refunded?

Upon receipt of the item by our Returns Department, your return request will be processed. When this stage is complete, your refund will be processed depending on the payment method you had chosen for your order. We advise that returns are generally received and processed within 14 days and advise you to retain proof of return until you receive email confirmation of the refund being processed.
